​​​​This year, YMUN China will include 9 dynamic committees spanning different sizes and topics. The committee offerings include General Assembly, Economic and Social Councils, Specialized Committees.

General Assembly (also known as GAs) are our largest committee type and come the closest to simulating a real United Nations committee. Covering many real-world topics, GAs require delegates to combine research and preparation to collaborate and work effectively to produce solutions.

Economic and Social Councils (also known as ECOSOCs) are our medium-size committee type and combine the feel of a smaller committee with the depth and breadth of the topics offered by our GAs. Delegates will have the opportunity voice regional concerns to solve issues at a global scale

Specialized Committees are a thrilling opportunity to engage with specific topics related to the Pan-Asian region. With lively debate and constantly evolving circumstances, delegates have the opportunity to engage closely with their peers to bring solutions to the table!
